Regardless of background or current fitness level, everyone has an inner athlete.
We offer community based Adult, High School and Youth fitness programs. Our programs equip individuals with the best possible techniques, skills and movements to improve and support all fitness levels. Regardless of your fitness background, a combination of effective conditioning and nutrition programming will increase your strength, speed, reduce injuries, instill proper nutritional habits, and increase self-esteem and discipline. A community oriented, supportive, safe, strength and conditioning program is the basis for achieving all fitness goals.
The focus of this program is longevity and building the strength, mobility and endurance to live a healthy and active lifestyle as we continue to age. Working in a small group environment builds a community and support system that is instrumental in staying motivated and successful.
For ages thirteen and up, our high school program offers specialized strength and conditioning training designed to meet the needs of each individual. These structured workouts are completely customized, which means every teen has a program tailored to meet their respective goal.
Youth & Teen
For youths we follow a play model of fitness to introduced an array of exercises and games specially designed to stimulate natural development and coordination. Teens build on the principles of explorative play by incorporating exercises designed to develop both simple and complex motor skills.
