High School Training and Fitness Programs

 

For ages fourteen and up, our high school program offers specialized strength and conditioning training designed to meet the needs of each individual. These structured workouts are completely customized, which means every teen has a program tailored to meet their respective goal. The emphasis in this program is the individual and our expert coaches use a variety of techniques, drills, exercises and equipment to help that individual achieve their goals. Whether the goal is athletic excellence, injury rehabilitation, weight loss, or just general fitness, each participant will receive the attention and support the need to succeed.
